RESTAURANT

The neo-classic fine dining room charms with exposed beams and colonial ceiling fans. The walls display an array of Filipino contemporary paintings from Silahis Arts for sale to interested guests. It can seat 50-60 people and is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner and lunch only on Sundays. Dine on house specialties like paella, callos, lengua, bangus relleno and an ala carte menu that changes every two months.

KUATRO KANTOS BAR

Adjacent is the delightfully irreverent Kuatro Kantos Bar with a statue of St. Michael holding a bottle of gin while slaying dragon. Here, art posters compete for space in the ochre walls with antique calesa wheel chandeliers suspended from the ceiling over wrought iron tables and chairs that can sit 40. A perfect ice-breaker for afternoon coffee, tea, cakes, and hot savories. Or sunset cocktails. Pansit Palabok, Arroz Caldo, halo-halo and other Filipino merienda fare are the most ordered items. Open for breakfast to dinner daily.
